1995 993 engine mod options in California
OK gang.
What have people gotten away with in California as far as engine mods and a 1995 OBD 1 993 Carrera without getting into a smog certification nightmare?
I can't change the induction, exhaust, etc. here in the land of the tree hugger.
But Cams? 3.8 liter? ECU changes? Throttle body? Any proven suggestions?
