Fidenza flywheel

Has anyone put a Fidanza flywheel on early 911? I'm thinking about it for my 73' 911E which is tricked out with twin ignition and nitrous. Yes, Nitrous. What type of pilot bearing do you use since the hole seems different then that small rolling bearing one on the stock flywheel. Please let me know your thoughts.
