911/92

I wondered if anyone knew if these motors has the Nikasil Barrels and if the serial # would be any indication. I was thinking of building an RS motor from the 911/92 motor. Any suggestions or comments about this motor?

I believe all the RS cylinders are nikisil. The factory had no real alucil schedule so you have to look inside the piston and that will tell you. All KS were alucil and Mahle made both nikisil and alucil 2.7 cylinders
