need advise for engine rebuild in milwaukee ,wi area

New to wisconsin and need a ggod shop i can trust,don't want to ship engine and trans out if i dont have to.Any help would be appreciated.1982 sc with 3.2 and 915 trans ,not even sure if it needs to be completely rebuilt, but it has not been started in 6 years
