high butterfly injection?

I'm putting together the parts I need to rebuild my 3.0 . so far I have S cams and will be using 9.6:1 or 10.5:1 pistons. My question is would a high butterfly injection system be a plus or minus if I will be using this mainly on the street?
Is 42mm to large for my purpose?
Is $2,600 for a used set of throttle body's a good price.
