Engine work in New Hampshire
Hey Guys,
I'm a newby and just moved to Manchester, NH. I have an 89 Coupe with a stock 3.2L motor, with 124K miles on it. I just switched motor oil to Castrol High Mileage Synthetic and it is starting to leak oil in the front of the motor. I haven't determined exactly what the source is but obviously I need to find a good engine shop in the area. If anyone can help, I would be grateful. Although a shop in New Hampshire would be ideal, I am happy to travel a little bit if it is worth it. Thank you in advance. |
You want to check out Mark at Exotech in Plaistow. I am working with him on gettin parts and head work for my DIY rebuild.

I've heard good things about Precision Imports in Manchester, I'm a 928/944 guy so I have no first hand knowledge but with them being local they are worth a shot. PM and I'll tell you who NOT to got to. lol If you join PCA there are a few shops in the "Northlander" that are good too

Thanks guys!
I gave Mark a call (EXOTECH) and he was just as described, genuine, witty and interested in helping. I tried to use Precision to install new OEM Bilsteins and they wanted $1600!!! I have heard they are good but they are they are sure proud of their work! I'll check out Talbot Motors in Dover. Thanks again everyone! You're an incredible resource! |
I would also recommend Mark at Exotech.
