Help needed with remaining hose ???

I am trying to fininsh the installation of my engine back into my car, and I have this breather hose that is puzzling me. Where does it go??

I believe its the skinny hose connected at the top of the oil tank (hose #41 on the diagram).

I started the car, I though a breather hose can't really hurt,.. but the car seam to run very rough and generate lots of smoke,...

Please any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I cant find a picture of the hose on a 3.6 I have done but I do know on a 3.2, if it is indeed that hose you numbered, it runs into the bottom of the throttle body. It should do the same on a 3.6.
It becomes line #28 on this 84 to 86 mass air flow Mass air flow (107-00)
