How to evaluate oil pump?
I've got my 1978 3.0 L disassembled. I'm expecting to get everything to a machine shop for valve job and any other machine work that needs to be done in the next month. With regard to the oil pump, what can be done to evaluate it? No issues with indicated oil pressure before disassembly (due to a broken head stud).
