1982 3.0 911 SC CIS system question

I am looking for a good reference for teardown and assembly of the CIS and fuel injection system of an engine rebuild (3.0 911 SC, euro specs). I have a lot of carbon deposits in and around the injection ports and intakes themselves. Would like to have an idea what would/should be replaced durilng teardown and reassembly.
