Going down that slippery slope...PLEASE HELP!!!

I dropped off my case to a reputable Porsche shop for machine work for my case. I replaced three oil squirter's but failed to apply lock tite to all three and the first attempt to peen one down I inadvertently removed to much aluminum while peening due to sharp edges of the round chisel. After removing the squirter for the second time I didn't have enough aluminum to peen since the squirter set higher than the surface area. I figured the machine shop would basically drill down further to bring the squirter further down allowing enough surface area to peen in place (my recommendation). Well today I looked at the results and I was speechless. The machine shop inserted a metal sleeve and capped it with a set screw incasing the oil squirter. And to top it off they removed 2 perfectly good oil squirter's and completed the same procedures. It looks like crap for one and I don't know how the expansion rate between the steel sleeve and the aluminum case wil react. I even passed along the info on how it should be done and provided the page from Porsche on the steps to remove and install a new oil squirter. What are my options? I believe the sleeve was inserted by drilling a bigger hole. Is this a proven fix? I figured the case needs to be sent to someone that understands our 3.2 engines. Any help would be appreciated. I willing to ship the case and have it done right. And last but not least what obligations do they have to make it right. Please help.

Part of what we do at Supertec is restore vintage parts that are damaged by mechanical failure or brutalized previous "experts".
These disasters can at time be very expensive and unwarranted based on the ability to replace the parts but our motto is
"we can fix it, no matter how much it costs".

Humor might be misplaced considering your obvious disappointment but sometimes all you can do is smile and fix the problem rather than the blame.

Hi Henry,

Can you fix it then? Im willing to have it shipped if they can not find someone in Atlanta.
