Sprocket for 3.6L same as smaller engine ?

I plan to replace the 2 sprockets on my 3.6L int. shaft. I only find the part # 901-105-125-04-M260 . is this correct for the 3.6L ?

sprockets

If your talking about the cam chain sprockets on the I/S then yes they are the same as the earlier engines, be sure to pull the clip and plug to clean the sludge out of the I/S

Just did this myself. Be sure to use a little bit of heat (heat gun works good) and a suitable sized puller. The sprockets tend to stick a little bit, so you have to coax them off with a little bit of shock. As in, mildly rap on the sprockets with a brass hammer or drift while the puller is loaded and pulling on the sprocket. Doing so reduces the amount of the load you have to crank into the puller. You don't want to whack the heck out of it and possibly dislodge the puller while it's loaded. Last thing you need is that puller's stored energy mule kicking you in the face.......

Also, don't hesitate to grind the jaws of your puller to get a good grip on the sprocket. You want to pull on the meat of the sprocket, NOT on the sides of the teeth.

Thanks for the info !

I got one side off last weekend, using a puller and actually I had to use a propane torch, get same tention on the puller, heat until it moved a little, tention and heat, and so on, until it was of. I stopped because I had to grill dinner, LOL.
