964 cam which end to cut off

Hey guys,

I just picked up a very nice set of 964 cams for my 3.2 and wanted to be sure which end has to be cut off.
My guess is the end marked with the green tape on P/N 964246 ?

Cheers !
Phil

The cam on top is the left or 1,2,3 bank. You can remember this by looking at the cam lobes right behind the first bearing journal, they look like a "L" for left.
