Current 911 Seals/Gaskets Options.
 

I am getting ready to reseal my engine ('86 3.2) and have noticed reports of seals and gaskets that once were reliable not living up to the same standard now. I want to use the best possible seals and gaskets when i do this job and thought it also might help others to have a current list of the best options and what to avoid. I know there are some great builders with lots of experience here.

Wrightwood Racing supplies the best gaskets on the planet. You can order a gasket kit custom to suit your needs and they option Vition for nearly every seal and o-ring. They are pricey but sealing a 911 engine the first time is priceless.

I was hoping you would reply Henry,i really appreciate the advice. It seems that Wrightwood does not sell to the public, can i order the parts i need from you?

Our host, Pelican Parts is in the business of sell rebuild parts for Porsche. I would look to them for the gaskets/ seals you need first and if the parts are unavailable from our host, check with me.
