Finally finished! still have something to worry about.

First.. I am sorry that I haven't posted my work before now. My time to work and do the bill paying job is limited.
I have completed my rebuild and updated much. The old car was neglected and need a lot of parts. I first started with an engine removal and a pressure wash of the body.
I repaired all the components of the front suspension
rear suspension
put in a Kuehl a/c
recovered seat and died the other parts.
and most importantly totally rebuild-ed the engine including new p/c
Everything is going great with the rebuild except for something with the clutch.
of course all I can think is the worst so I thought I would ask if someone might have had the problem that I am encountering. I bought a new flywheel and sach clutch kit for the G50. all the updates so the car would be trouble free.
What I am having is a rotating noise or very slight thud when I push in the clutch. My first thought was that the throw out was bad from the get-go but some times I hear this even when the clutch is not under pressure. If you push in the petal a time or two it will go away. What the hell?
Now my thoughts are moving to end play or something bad so I think I am over thinking and was hoping for some advice from someone who does this a bunch.
I am sending on several pics that I took along the way. they are kinda hit and miss.
