What length case studs do I need?
 

For the perimeter studs on an 83 case that have an exposed length of about 34-35mm? They have an overall length of 48mm. (All use locknuts.) According to the sales rep, in the online catalog, the OEM parts list the exposed length, and the non-OEM list the overall length.

This one looks a little long, but I'm not sure about the 34-35 exposed length I mentioned or if it would matter.

As usual, any guidance appreciated.

To whom it may concern, searchers from the future, et al: These arrived today, and the indicated length is the actual length. I ordered the 48mm, crossing my fingers that is the actual length.
