More info per Ebay question.
Q: Does this fixture have the capability to set the head at the proper angles to drill and press out the guides? I can't see this in the pictures you posted. Also, what year heads does this fit? Thanks,Jim buckleyracing at att dot net Dec-19-12
A: No it does not have anything to set the angle. You will have to mount your drill press table at an angle or fixture at an angle on your mill. Or angle the head on your mill. I used it for drilling out the old guides enough to punch them out, you will not need the precision. (do not over drill) I would NOT try and use it to ream new guides or the guide holes. You most likely will never get it square to the valve seat. Use standard methods for that. This fixture allows you to hold the head square or perpendicular for surfacing or if you want to do some porting in a milling machine. As you may know, the head by itself, is very difficult to ridgdly or accurately mount without aid of a fixture.
This was not a store bought item. It was custom made for my needs, and now I no longer need it. I used it for all of the above when I rebuilt my 71 911T 2.2. It has holes for dowel pin alignment. It should fit most 911 heads, but thats for you to determine
