When to replace cam oil lines
 
Time, miles, condition?

Anytime they start to weep, the hose part starts to crack or you have the motor out (if original). If not leaking w/removed, keep the old ones for spares. Vibration seems to kill them more than simple age so make sure you have the braces w/rubber isolators.
