Restarting reassembly - what do I need to do?

I have been busy and now need to get back to building up my motor. I have the case together. I had to remove one rod to have the piston bushing resized. Is the assembly lube I put on going to be enough? It has been sitting for about 5 months. The next thing I need to do is put the one rod on and then the cylinders. I had to get one new cylinder and piston. It has the same casting numbers as the existing cylinders. Should I do a deck height measurement? Thank you. Cheers, Mike,
