Piston / Cylinder ROW vs US

I'm working on a rebuild and have 2 Alusil cylinders in rough shape. I've read a bunch about Alusil vs Nikasil / removing glaze / replating / not mix matching Alusil and Nikasil / not re-ringing Alusil pistons / etc. I am considering trying to find a couple used Alusil piston and cylinder combos but am unsure if there are differences in these in a ROW engine vs. a US engine? My engine is a '75 2.7L ROW type 911/41 with SN 6151993.

Our host offers an original Mahle in 911S 2.7 and 911S Euro 2.7. As far as I know, my engine is not an 'S' and the cylinders are KS so I'm a little uncertain as to if there is Euro KS and US KS cylinders?
