WTB 3.0L/3.2L engine questions
 
Even though my mechanic is going to help me in my search and purchase, does anyone have some good technical/performance questions I should ask the seller, or things to look out for when buying an engine. Thanks in advance.

Rather than rebuild my 74 Carrera engine I want to buy a different and keep the 2.7L so as to have a numbers matching car if I ever sell it.

A 3.0 can be a straight install, a 3.2 has to cut the chassis for the control harness.
You ll need 25.5 bars in the rear to hold the extra weight.

Build up another 7R mag case and keep it light.

Contact Henry Schmidt at Supertec for a nice 2.7, properly rebuilt.
