88 911 turbo engine core
 

Hello guys I'm new and have a question. My father and I run a salvage and recently acquired a 1988 911 turbo. We bought the car for the trans for a kit car project. Anyways the car was burnt very bad and luckily for us the trans is good. The motor is not prestine but maybe a lot of parts still there such as a crank heads. I just want to know what this kind of stuff is worth? I will try to get some pics posted of the engine. I appreciate all the information I can get. Thank you for all your help.

I think the best place to look is the parts classifieds, do a search for different engine parts. I believe you will find that prices vary. If you sell low, you sell quick. If you sell high, you hang on to the parts longer. Of course, demand varies depending on the part.

Thanks for the information. I know that its worth something but not how much. I would just rather sell it as a assembly than try to break it down piece by piece. I will list it in the classifieds thanks.
