3.6 Variram Vaccum Lines

Am in the process of rebuilding the 3.6 motor from my 98 993 and noted that the existing vaccum line setup does not seem close to the schematics in the shop manual. Can someone direct me to what the system should look like so that I can fabricate a proper setup.

Bumping this message up. Is there no one out there that has encountered confusion on dealing with the vacuum system routing for a 3.6 Variram motor?

Were the lines missing when you took it apart? The schematic on the under side of the decklid is pretty accurate.

The vacuum system that was installed on the motor was very simple containing only about 5 or 6 legs. There were no check valves that I could see. When I researched the vacuum line schematics in the shop manual, I found it to be relatively complex with all sorts of check valves and special fittings that are not on my motor. I did not find any kind of schematic affixed in the engine bay of the car.

I can certainly replicate the schematic that is in the shop manual, but was wondering about the actual system on my motor. The car ran well and strong, but how would I know if the vacuum system was operating as designed?
