1972 911 engine out

I have pulled my engine that had sat for 7 years and had a stuck exhaust valve.
I plan on getting the heads machined and valves done but looking or recomendations here in Seattle.
I have taken things to action machine shop with good results but always open to suggestions.

Also with the motor out and heads off what seals should be replaced without opening the block.

I have had great experiences with this forum and just want to thank all that make this possible and the ones that are so helpful.

Things that I have done.
new plugs and wires
dizzy cap and rotor
all fuel lines and fuel filter
partially rebuilt fuel pump (high psi due to MFI) Although it gets stuck sometimes when starting and I have to bump it. (any source on getting one of these? )

Any thing to do to the MFI pump to assure proper working condition?
