901 output flange bolts overtightened. Help required!

Hi

I tightened my 901/13 output flange bolts to 20lbft and have damged them. Thes ends are bent and squashed.
What damage will I have done inside the transmission?
Will I need to take it apart? Or just fit new ones?
What torque should I have tightened it up to?
