tach wires

If the brown wire from the Xdi is for the tach, what color is the 911sc tach wire? I have an adaptor from MSD to use in between.

MSD in SC

I used the black wire from the left end of the MSD6A unit for the tach source. It plugged into the front center spot on the CDI master plug. I did not need an adaptor. Hope this helps!
