Camshaft

Hello out there! Doing a rebuild on a 3.2 and I'm up to putting left camshaft in housing. I dry tested first and it was tight, then tried it with a little oil on it and it turns smoothly, is this something to be concerned about before I continue?

I don't think I have ever put a cam in dry, so I don't have direct experience. I always put the cam in before I finish torqueing the head studs anyway, just in case some loosening and retightening is needed to be sure it turns freely. But my 2 cents is not to worry if, with a nice coat of assembly lube on it, it turns smoothly.
