oil passage after pump pitting in AL Case

Have you guys seen this before? I have a few pits in the oil cavities right after the oil pump in the case? should I have the machine shop mill them out? I'm mostly worried about any aluminum breaking loose.

Zoom up of the right one, here you can see 3 pit marks, maybe made by metal shoved through the oil pump? I opened the oil pump and it looked fine. Also you can see some scratches from the dental pic, investigating-
