Give a thorough coating of Gibbs and store it in a dry place.

Thank you Tom, where can I buy it?

Tom, have you used the stuff. On their website, it sounds really good, almost too good?

If you use any paint or coatings then please take the time to ensure you properly mask all sealing surfaces to prevent future leaks. If you paint the surface of the spigots then you'll have incredible leaks:

The same goes for the surfaces where crush washers, o-rings and breather gaskets fit. Be sure those aren't painted where the gaskets/rings/washers rest. It'll save you a lot of headaches.

Hi there,

Does anybody know a source that will ship this penetrating oil to Europe?
Even better, a European source?
Or a similar product that prevents magnesium corrosion?

Seems it's only available in America...

Panama911:
Call the number that's on the Gibb website.
Chances are good you can speak to Mr. Gibb himself. He's very flexible
& will try his best to get his product to you. And as the product is not an
aerosol, shipping is much simpler.

Is alodine safe to protect the engine case?
