Heads 2.7 2.4 2.2

I have bought 6 heads 911.104.306.0r stamped 12.69 K1819g, one of them all same type and year, I intended to use them on a 2.7 1977 Cis engine and seller said that the heads war the same for all types.
The heads has right valves dim. And MFI holes, but the dimensjon innside is to small for the 2.7 cyl. I have hard that the clearence for valves and pistons is to small the diameter innside chamber have to be widened, machined, or can I use some special type of pistons ?
On ebay There is often sellers that claim that all There heads are for 2.2-2.4-2.7 engines but is this real ?

Regards lexn

2.2 to 2.7 all have the same sealing faces.
2.2 T heads would have to be notch relief for the CIS injectors and have small ports as do the E heads. All 2.2 to 2.7 valves are the same size.
Primo would be 2.7 S heads for the larger intake and exhaust ports.

Heads

Yes I thought so too, but do these heads fits the 2.7 cylinder without any modification regarding the space for the piston.

According to Bruce Anderson's book 2,2 and 2,4 heads on 90 mm barrels and pistons
*The cylinder heads must be angle-cut to accommodate the larger diameter pistons*

But I do not know how much to take of.
I hope other chime in.

If you have euro 2.7RS they are low compression you should be ok.You dont have to angle-cut might give you +.5 compression.

The 1819g 2,2E head and the 1819l 2,7 cis head are both 84 mm inside sealing area.

Have here two of my heads one new and an old 2.7 or modificated for 2.7, here is the machined part of the combustion chamber modified for 2.7 sylinder size, is this modification important ?
