3,2 liter max&moritz engine

Hi!
i have bought an engine which was configured with parts from the Tuners max & Moritz.
as i understood the engine was stroke from 3 to 3,2 Liters and used cis Pistons.
i like to run the engine with 964 cams and carburettors
my question is: can i rebuild webers idt 40 with bigger jets or would you suggest the 46 from weber and pmo.
i would be also glad regarding jetting tips.

thanks mike:)

You may want to talk to the folks at PMO since they started out rebuilding webers. They would have expert answers for you.

Also you may want to talk to camgrinder (Dougherty cams) and see what cam he recommends for your application. The 964 cam is designed for EFI and if you are going to run carbs, you may ideally want more overlap than the 964 cam.
