c-2/964 grind????

is the c2/964 grind good for a carbed 3.0 sc street motor? just had my cams reground from elgins ,i put down in the set up sheet i was running carbs,and its also a 10.5 to 1,twin plug motor, just would like another opinion????????

Its a very mild profile so yes, its good for street use where max torque is desired.

With 10.5:1 CR, you will have a lot of cylinder pressure at low revs which means you must be VERY careful about ignition timing,................

Camshaft choice depends on many factors so its difficult to offer any other suggestions.
