Is clutch smell normal after rebuilt

Did my first drive after rebuilt.
I have a faint clutch smell after the drive.
Clutch was like new purchased it on the board
Flywheel and pressure plate were machined.
Thanks
Erick

Clutch smell, not normal in my experience unless you're slipping it a lot or driving aggressively. Perhaps something else is burning in and releasing fumes such as exhaust paint or other coatings. Check your clutch arm (if so equipped) to ensure it is releasing tension fully.
