help w heads

I took my 2.2 motor to about 2.5 buy stroking it and slight bore. I did a crank, S cams, and a good exhaust and Webers, and it runs great- I love the car... but I now want to finish the work by doing the heads.
So what are the thoughts from you who have gone before me? Dual plug? valve sizes? what is the optimum set up? Or who sells the heads I need?
many thanks I have got such a great deal of info from these forums.
Ron

What i think i know...
Dual plug in the event you go that way at some point.
As for valve and port size ask one of the racers on here (Henry, Cstriet, ETC)
its a variable thats going to depend on what you are going to "actually " use this car for

Good advice,....your type of usage will determine what you want to do.

If you have T or E heads, these can be CNC'ed to S specification to work with your S cams. Twin-ignition isn't needed unless your compression ratio will be above 9.7:1.

There are lots of options here, only limited by the above and your budget.
