Barrels interchangeable?
Hello,
does anyone know if barrels marked 854/2B, 854/1A, and 854/1B are able to be used on the one motor or do the barrels have to have matching numbers? The original barrel has a 6 in the triangle (854/1b), I have 6in the triangle on the 854/1A or a 5 in the triangle on the 854/2B. thanks, Brett. |

The number in the triangle is the height class. Tells you how tall the cylinder is... You need to use all 5's or all 6's. At least per side.
The 0, 1, 2, 3 are the bore classes. 0 is standard, 1 is a little bigger, etc. The A vs. B sounds like a casting number. Can you see any visual differences between the cylinders? |
