Shop time to install/set valve springs?

Can someone give me a rough estimate of how long it should take a shop to replace the stock valve springs and retainers on my freshly rebuilt heads with some performance springs and Ti retainers?
I'm nearing the end of my rebuild and the budget is wearing thin, as often happens I suppose. :(

Less than an hour, got all the parts and specs?

An hour gives the tech 5 mins per spring to set remove, set height and install. Sounds about right....

If you have a good valve spring compressor you can do it yourself, it's not difficult.
Valve spring hight is important and that's adjusted with how many shims are stacked up under the spring seat. Usually around 7 shims depending how deep the valve seats are.
I saved this picture of a tool someone made and posted for setting spring hight to 34.5mm.
