I believe a 993 already has steel studs from the factory.

I have built several engines with the Porsche stock steel over the years without a problem. Replace the dilivars on the bottom row. Thread lock the studs in place when installing.

99310117203 around 500USD in Poland , is it good choice for 911sc 1983 with 204HP motor ?? Also, is it possible to remove cylinderhead without taking of camshafts ? just he chain and spocket ? and do i have to separate lower bit with valves and higher bts with camshafts ?> or is it possible to takke it as a whole from cylinder after unscrewing screws from old studs ? is there acces to screws on studs with cams on ? |

The cam towers may be removed with the heads. The chain boxes come off separately, but at the same time as the head/cam tower assemblies. If there is damage to the mating surface of any of the heads, they will have to be separated from the cam towers and surfaced individually. You will have to remove the pistons and cylinders to get access to the studs you are going to replace, especially any broken ones. I can't comment on your choice of studs, but the part number is correct. There are high quality aftermarket studs available in the US for substantially less money.

i hear the optimal choice (price/quality/availability) are factory steel studs , cheap and good enough for up to 400 HP., my engine has 204hp.

Just go with factory steel studs on the lower (exhaust side) and you will be fine and richer too.
