I have a question about ignition timing. I have just funished a overhaul of my 3 liter engine and have a question on which way to turn the distributor. I got it started but couldnt turn it far anough to get the timing right.I turned the distrubtor counter clockwise until I ran to the stop. I know I am one tooth of on the distrubto wiil have to pull the distrubtor but which way do I turn the distrubtor clockwise or counterclockwise for one tooth

Pull it out and turn it clockwise one tooth.
