Most towns/cities will have plenty of machine shops that can perform this for you.

cheers

After several bad experiences with local shops, I would not to them again. It's a pain to ship parts but when it goes to someone that knows Porsche parts, you are less likely to have an issue.

Examples, I brought my cylinders to local shop A. They assured me they are able to clean up nikasil cylinders without damaging the lining. Nope, they damaged several of my cylinders. Claimed they were fine. Cost $125 each to have them fixed by Millennium technologies.
I dropped the cam carriers off to have a bolt removed from each of them. The bolt/stud had snapped off. Yup, they got them out but they punched straight through to the other side. One was cosmetic as it went into a open space where the spark plug wire passes through but the other side went through to a space where the rockers are.

You may have better luck than I did but you may not. Inspect your parts thoroughly before and after no matter who you send them to.
