Good source for 964 cams

Can I have my 3.0 stock cams redone to 964 spec?? Or should I just find some 964's ? I really don't have $1600 to buy new ones. Any help appreciated

WebCam.......

You could send your old SC cams to WebCam and have it reground to 964 cam. spec. I have two sets of 964 cams from WebCam that will be going into the engines I am working now. They look magnificent and worth the money spent. You got to see the cams in person to appreciate the quality of the finished products.

964 Cams

I was patient, kept my eyes open and found a nice set of 964 cams for about $500.00. One was brand new and the other very lightly used!

Have your SC or Carrera cams reground to 964 spec. Currently $365 at DRC

He's "camgrinder" on these forums and word has it his mentor was the highly regarded Dema Elgin of Elgin Camshafts. http://www.elgincams.com/

Dema is the cam whisperer and knows more about cams than you can believe.

Coincidentally just this afternoon I got a call from DRC saying my cams (964 regrind on SC/Carrera cam) are shipping out today. He rec'd them on 4/10 and said it'd take 2 weeks. So he finished them ~1 week early. Big thanks to John! SmileWavy
