930-03 stamped engine

Hello,
I have a 1979 engine in my '81 sc, but I don't seem to be able to get a lot of information on it. I believe it is a ROW engine. Does it have the same power as the u.s. engine?

notes RoW

other than torque USA is 245/4200
engine serial# for USA is 6290001
