Early S piston pitting

I have some 2.2 S pistons and cylinders that I bought a long time ago. I'd like to use them for my '70T driver but they have some pitting under the large ring. Think these are ok to run?

With the pitting in the oil ring grooves, I would not run them due to oil consumption issues.
