hi guys,need help with this part.It goes on my '69 2.0 at the end of the air channel on the shroud.It's a piece of sheet metal about 5.5" x 3.5" x 1mm thk. With a right angle bend along its length 1/2" wide. It was riveted on with 3 rivets.I know it goes on right above the oil cooler but I can't figure out the orientation.Any help greatly appreciated.thanks,T.C.:confused::confused:

The piece should line up with the edge of the oil-cooler right next to the nr.6 cylinder. I think the bended edge then is pointing in the direction of the rear of the car. This picture I found on Ebay. The metal is bended but you can see the orientation of the edge.
