getting a slight rap @3k RPM under light throttle

Just got my car running after the engine sat dormant for 5 years and the chassis for 20+.

It's a 3.4 EFI 930 with hydraulic tensioners.

I am getting a rap from 2800-3200 RPM with very light throttle.

I am leaning towards tensioners.

There is no sound on decel nor under moderate and above acceleration.

I'd like to get this sorted out soon so I can get it to the dyno.

I am running 15/40 Rotella and seeing 2.5 BAR for oil pressure @3k.

This noise is less noticeable when the car is cold. Think 20/50 will fix this issue? I am getting ready to do an oil dump when I get back.

Plan was to run the car for a tank of fuel to get all the residual fuel out and then dump oil and do filter changes.

Fuel, oil and oil screen (pre filter) change.

pressure per gauge does seem a bit low vs. rpm. You might want to verify the gauge and/or sender is operating correctly.
