Closing Out This Problem

Quick Summary:

My valve guides are not leaking. My valve stem seals were fine. No measurable wear.

The valve shafts were polished and honed prior to installation. Valves were not Intervalve.

Heads were completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with new seals.

Oil Analysis was very good for ~850 miles during breaking.

Only flag was the presence of Silicon. This is likely due to the Molycoat-55 O-ring lubricant. Everything else was low, including zero fuel. Which was nice to know for a carbureted engine.

On to the next possible cause --> why are the rings not seated? Amazing that that can push that much oil into the intake runners.

This is good news indeed...for me. I'm glad you have it narrowed down to the rings. I'll be watching how you fix it.
