Spring loaded chain tensioner differences

What is the difference between these two chain tensioner parts; 930 105 053 00 and 930 105 501 0R with the former being the one recommended by Wayne in his engine rebuilding book. I want to see if my 930 105 501 0R (which I have three of) are good to rebuild, or if I should look for that first part listed.

I recently let a Carrera pressure fed go, but from my reading and with the addition of the collars, Im comfortable moving forward without the pressure fed.

Actually I also have a 901 105 519 00, but I think that's an even earlier one.

found a rather informative post, which actually shows the same tensioners that I have in the pic. However, they also mention wide vs. narrow turbo tensioners and those part numbers don't match with his pic either.. ideas?
