Which lube for valves guides?
 
I'm rebuilding my heads. Which lube is recommended for the valve when installing it into the guide?

I was thinking the moly assembly lube used for the crankshaft and rod journals would be ok.

Just not sure if the hot, sliding environment would need something different.

I do a 50/50 mix of torco assembly lube and motor oil
