Are 3.0 and 3.2 cases interchangeable ?
 

Any reason a 3.0 case can not be used as a substatute for a 3.2 case. Are there any mods that need to be made ? Thanks

You need to have the locators and bosses for the crank reference sensors. Back date to a 3.0 on a Carrera case, no problem.

Why do you ask? What is the plan?

Just as an aside, some people build up a 3.0 to 3.2 displacement using larger pistons on a 3.0 crank, but that isn't the same as using a 3.2 crank that uses the same size pistons as a 3.0.
