930 lrockee or rod noise and smoke at startup?

Hi guys whats your take on this noise on my 89 turbo 911
1000 mi on rebuilt engine
https://youtu.be/gqLtsDCmL4k
I adjusted the valves at 500 mi can it still need adjustment?
I also get a puff of white smoke at startup . Is this normal
I have been using kirts valve tool , I might not know how to use it well
Is it possdible to open the valve just by turning the screw?
When I turn in the screw is goes down easy then stops , i can continue turning but with some force , am I opening the vslve at thst point? Thanks
Erick

Pull the valve covers and inspect.Thats the most EZ.
Look for loose valves and or a rocker shaft that slid out.
