Engine case issues

Hello All,

I have a question regarding engine case sealing 2.4 mag case. I used a three bond sealant etc.. as described in the forums. However, this gives very little time for set up. As a result I torqued the case bolts prior to the case through bolts. This caused a bind up of the motor (crank would not turn freely). I went back all within drying time, loosed case bolts and then torqued case through bolts as per order and then perimeter case bolts and the motor now moves freely. My concern is there an issues that may result because of this change in sequence of steps?

I'm only an amateur and a pro will chime in soon, but if it was done while it was all still fairly fresh, then I'd say you will be fine.
Did you use 574 on the main saddles?

WORST case scenario, you pull it apart, clean and go again.. it's not that hard to do, and acetone gets the threebond off fairly quickly... (I just went through this on my build!)
