JE Pistons Set. Who Has The Best Pricing.

I need to buy a set JE pistons for a 911 2.7 10.5:1cr. Who has the best pricing.

You're asking who has the cheapest price on a forum sponsored by Pelican Parts? I can't think of anything else printable to say.

Yeah ... The size of the balls this guy must have.

I would hope that even if this forum is sponsered by pelican that it should be un-biased regardless of where someone buys parts and/or pelican should strive to make parts the cheapest and best quality. My thoughts are that the forum is here to support people not people to here to support the forum. If you buy parts from pelican thats a bonus but shouldnt be a given.

Rant over ... Tired of seeing people barked at for asking honest questions that anyone who has rebuilt an engine has had go through their mind when the $$$ start to add up.

The people that frequent the forum are what is valuable. The reason that Pelican hosts the forum is in the hope the people will buy from them. Draconian rules about what can be discussed here would be stupid. Post like those from RedCoupe should not happen.

Pistons, JE or others are parts of a larger build process so I would look to a source that would offer a package deal.
Try Pelican first but shop around. The internet is your friend.

So last go around i sourced my pistons from LN engineering. I worked it into a package deal like Henry had mentioned. My cylinders needed to be replated and i bought new rods from R&R via LN. LN took care of everything and i got large package a few weeks later.

For just the pistons, I found Pelican had the best price. You might get lucky and find a deal elsewhere though....

EBS has good prices.

+1 for Henry at Supertech and I agree that you'll be ahead of the game if you buy most if not all of the parts you need together.
